We believe that the more you know about our food, the more you'll enjoy your dining experience here at G Street Food.

G Street Food is a true believer in offering our customers fresh, high quality, in-season ingredients. As a way of example, our Banh Mi incorporates the taste of high quality, free-range pork-loins purchased from a local farm that uses best feed and grains. These pork-loins are two to three times more expensive than typical pork-loins purchased from mass-producers. We use organic chicken for our tartines, protein salads, and sandwiches. We use organic eggs for our breakfast tartines and deviled egg salad. We purchase most of our produce, including some of the best tomatoes and arugula we've seen this year, from local farms and vendors. Our sausages are from Simply Sausage, a local vendor and quality fanatics themselves as they only use high quality meats that are sustainably raised without hormones and antibiotics. Our bacon and ham, used in our tartines and cheddar sandwich, come from Allan Benton in Tennessee. These meats are cured typically 9 to 10 months, even up to a full year before they pass the Benton family's test and shipped out to retailers. We squeeze and extract our fresh fruit juices every morning - one pineapple, orange, grapefruit, and honeydew at a time. We brew some of the best coffee in the world - often times beans that are purchased by our roaster directly from farmers.
