G Street Food opened in Washington D.C. in September, 2009. Our restaurants offer foods from around the globe:
breakfasts, lunches, desserts and breads inspired by the food found at carts,
stands and stalls lining the streets and tucked into the corners of cities and
towns worldwide. Montreal-style bagels, Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches, noodle
soups from Southeast Asia and flat breads and salads from the Middle East are
just some examples of the world's street fare that are featured on the G Street
Food menu.
The restaurant is committed to serving tasty and unique foods that authentically represent the culinary traditions of the region they come from. We are also committed to using seasonal produce and local ingredients whenever possible - new items made with quality ingredients will appear on the menu throughout the year - and to serving our food in packaging that is gentle on the environment.
